Refund and Returns Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed in consideration of each sojourner as well as the costs incurred by SOULWELL Ministries based on registrations.

Cancellation may be made at a minimum of 90 days prior to the start of a Journey. A refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be given. You may also defer attendance up to 12 months to another Journey, again with a $50 deferral fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellation within 90 days of scheduled Journey beginning. No credit will be given for deferral to a Journey beyond 12 months.

Any amount paid and not used for a Journey, will be treated as tax-deductible donation.
