LOVING

We recognize that a restorative journey can only be offered in an atmosphere that reflects the love of God. We do this through the way we serve and minister to others, building a loving community where all are welcome.

INSPIRING

By living authentic, transparent and Christ-centered lives, our hope is that we’ll inspire others to do the same by surrendering to God and allowing Him to bring out their true selves.

TRANSFORMING

Through the teaching of spiritual disciplines, we equip others to develop a transforming relationship with Christ. These include contemplative prayer practices and other spiritual exercises that allow us to continue to experience God in deeper ways.

Kelly Burnett

Kelly’s passion is to help people break free from strongholds and defeated living. Kelly knows true transformation is possible and is driven to see the peace and power of Christ empower every Christian. Personally, she has witnessed this possibility in her own life, after being set free from a legacy of lies, pain, worry, and lack of trust. After working in ministry both on church staff and other non-profit ministries, God called Kelly to create the SOULWELL Journey. SOULWELL Ministries was birthed out of Kelly’s mission to lead others to discover the key to freedom is Jesus Christ.

Kelly’s experience and training in para-church ministry span over 30 years.

Kelly is a graduate of Texas A&M University in Communications and Psychology. She was a part of the Transforming Center for Leaders (Ruth Haley Bartons Ministry) and completed her 3 year Masters Program in Spiritual Formation – a collaboration with Northern Seminary in Chicago in 2015.

Paul serves on the Board of SOULWELL Ministries with a deep passion for spiritual formation and authentic community. A corporate and nonprofit leader, Paul’s personal journey, including a double lung transplant, reshaped his understanding of surrender, healing, and intimacy with Christ. He is the author of a new book, Longing to Breathe: Taking Brave Breaths for Your Soul’s Freedom, and is committed to his mission of helping men pursue deeper freedom and wholeness in their lives through the healing hands of Jesus.
